Confidential one-to-one support, available face-to-face at our Halifax centre or online anywhere in the UK. Our subsidised counselling service provides timely, accessible support tailored to you and what you are experiencing.
What to expect
A confidential space to talk, reflect and move forward
Counselling gives you the opportunity to speak openly with one of our counsellors about the experiences, thoughts or feelings affecting your life. You will be listened to without judgement and supported to explore what is happening at a pace that feels right for you.

How you’re feeling

Pricing
Low-cost, subsidised counselling
Sessions from
£30
per session, payable in advance
Our counselling fees are subsidised to help more people access the support they need. Face-to-face sessions are available at our Halifax centre, with online counselling available across the UK.
Access fund
When grant or donated funding is available, our Access Fund provides additional support with counselling costs for people receiving means-tested benefits.
Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will still be charged. This helps us continue providing counselling at a subsidised rate.

How it works

Initial consultation
One of our qualified counsellors will contact you for a 30–45 minute telephone consultation. This helps us understand what you are experiencing and the type of support that may be right for you.

Matched and booked
We will match you with a suitable counsellor and contact you to arrange your first session.
