Unmasked Mental Health provides a high-quality, low-cost Employee Support Line designed to support staff wellbeing at the point of need. As a local mental health charity, we understand the unique pressures faced by individuals who are trying to manage work on top of other pressures within their lives.
Unlike large national EAP providers, support is delivered by qualified, experienced counsellors, never call centre staff, ensuring personalised and professional care.
The employee can confidentially speak to a trained counsellor for up to one hour about how they are feeling and receive support and signposting to relevant services.
From just £2 per employee, per month
The service costs the equivalent of just £2 per employee, per month on a two-year contract.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Excluding bank holidays. Calls outside these hours will be picked up the next working day.

As an optional add-on to the Employee Support Line, our wellbeing partnership with Feel Good Financial gives your staff access to expert-matched financial advice through the Feel Good Hub, so money worries do not fall through the gaps.
Each business receives a unique access code. Staff complete a short referral form and are matched with the right advisor for their need, such as mortgage, protection or wills, with dedicated follow-up support.
