Every Wednesday our Group Talking Therapy Hub runs at Hebden Bridge Town Hall.

Unmasked Support Hubs are safe, comfortable spaces where you can talk about your mental health, or simply listen. Sessions are informal peer support groups led by trained facilitators.

Anyone aged 18+ is welcome. The group is free of charge and refreshments are available. Just turn up, no appointment needed.
